Dwayn in the service Dpt. is a top notch professional. We were not sure if the repairs were going to be covered by my after market warranty Co, He took the time to call them and work payment for the repair. He stayed on them until the work was authorized. My wife needed the vehicle for a trip that weekend so we were pressed for time. Although I did not get the vehicle to him until Tue and the warranty info until Wed, he was still able to work with the warranty co and mechanics and got our vehicle back to us just in time.
Valley BMW is full of top notch professionals, their customer service is second to none and is the reason why we will be purchasing our next BMW from Valley.

I truly enjoy the relationship I have with Chad at Valley Auto World. He's a friend, not just my service advisor. I can actually sit down and chit-chat with him (whenever he has the time). He doesn't rush you off, he is so personable. As a matter of fact, Dwayne and Chris are super nice too! Hats off to your service advisors.
