2016 BMW M2 Coming to the U.S. This Spring in Fayetteville, NC

BMW’s high performance M models, inspired by motorsports, have always had a reputation as being the ultimate cars for people who love to drive. Now BMW is happy to bring a new M model, the 2016 M2 based on the popular 2 Series coupe, to the lineup.

The 2016 BMW M2 is easily one of the best-looking BMW models currently available, and what we know of its performance features will be exciting to car enthusiasts in the Fayetteville, NC area.

The M2 uses a turbocharged 3.0L I6 engine with a six-speed manual transmission or seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. It will produce a truly enormous 365 HP, and 343 lb.-ft. of torque, which can temporarily be boosted even further up to 369 lb.-ft. when the Overboost feature is engaged. It can sprint from 0-60 mph in just 4.1 seconds.
