As part of BMW’s 100-year anniversary, the auto manufacturer will be introducing the BMW M760i xDrive and BMW Alpina B7 xDrive models to the North American market at the 2016 New York International Auto Show on Wednesday March 23rd.
Though not the M7 model fans have been hoping for, the 2017 BMW M760i is possibly even better.

  • The M760i xDrive uses a 6.6L 12-cylinder engine with M Performance TwinPower Turbo technology that produces 600 bHP and 590 lb.-ft. of torque.
  • It will accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 3.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 155 mph.
  • An eight-speed automatic transmission will send power to all four wheels.
  • It will also feature an impressive array of driver assistance programs such as pedestrian detection.

BMW and Alpina teamed up once again to create the 2017 BMW Alpina B7 xDrive.

  • It uses a 4.4L twin-turbo 8-cylinder engine that also produces 600 bHP and 590 lb.-ft. of torque
  • It will accelerate from 0-60 mph in 3.6 seconds, and hit top speed at 193 mph.
  • It will feature all-wheel drive and an eight-speed sport automatic transmission with Alpina Switch-tronic.
  • The signature Alpina multi-spoke wheel design definitely makes a statement.

These models are expected to arrive at dealerships starting in September, so make sure to check back to Valley Auto World BMW to learn more about the latest performance luxury sedans from the automaker.
