3. Detour Coffee House

This made-to-order coffee house focuses on quality in every cup, and it shows. The atmosphere is funky and welcoming, and the baristas are friendly and really know what they’re doing. They’ll whip you up a delicious caramel frappuccino, an elegant chai tea latte, and if you’re hungry, their specialty waffle (liege waffle) is the highlight of the menu. This place may be a little out of the way but it’s well worth the trip.

4. Beans & Things

As the name implies, this place is more than just great coffee. The other “things” they serve up include delectable pastries, tasty juices, and refreshing smoothies. The staff is awesome and will make you feel at home as they deftly craft your concoction. The crepes they serve are fantastic and make a nice complement to your cappuccino. The peanut butter cup dessert is also a decadent delight. Put this place on your radar when in Fayetteville.

While they won’t get originality points for the name, they will get points for the outstanding quality of coffee they serve. This cute coffee house has cozy décor and a tantalizing menu that offers up some original treats. They make terrific lattes at this convenient downtown location, and the staff is always ready to welcome you with a smile. They also have many healthy food options to fill you up without weighing you down.
